WACC = (E/V) * Re + (D/V) * Rd * (1 - Tc)

Where:

E = Market value of equity

V = Market value of equity + market value of debt

Re = Cost of equity

D = Market value of debt

Rd = Cost of debt

Tc = Corporate tax rate
